Code of Talent is the world’s first blockchain powered micro-learning platform. It includes 10 minutes daily learning sessions and direct interaction with the educator, within groups of maximum 40 participants. It integrates employers, advertisers, sponsors and premium content providers to build a sustainable ecosystem and token economy while creating a micro-revolution in the educational landscape. Education represents the core of humankind’s potential although we generally recognize its the massive importance. E-learning industry is failing to deliver results due to the lack of key factors such as effective engagement, personalization of content and lack of human interaction. Code of Talent creates a micro-revolution in the Education landscape. It empowers educators to boost learner’s motivation during classroom or as a follow-up, allowing anyone on the planet to join, contribute and learn. The platform will use the Ethereum smart contract to incentivize contributors with ERC-20 tokens (CODE), based on a community validated the merit-based rewarding system. Learners, anywhere in the world, will be rewarded for their progress and achievements while educators will receive tokens based on the quality, interactivity and engagement of their micro-learning content.

There is some other platform which deals in similar kind of service but the good thing about this one is that it offers short time-periods based learning. This kind of platform always succeeds because it is such an effective ecosystem that everyone is involved in it. It has a very big and competent team, there are so many youngsters in it which are capable of doing so much. The advisory board looks a bit experienced. This platform is promoting the idea of education out of the classroom which is a really effective phenomenon because the future will be supporting these kinds of ideas. Also, this platform is trying to make the process interesting by offering its unique features. There is a huge market and demand for this kind of service. The roadmap looks good, also the whitepaper is a good one.
