Reward is an incentive system based on blockchain that enables company-wide collaboration through peer-to-peer rewards. The Reward system encourages employee cooperation, improves company morale, and increases productivity. Reward’s peer-to-peer platform boosts individual recognition, fosters relationships, and helps employees understand the skills they need to improve. This creates a continuous positive feedback loop which recognizes employees for their day-to-day tasks and encourages them to improve their contributions to the company. It uses the blockchain technology based on Ethereum and issues the ERC-20 tokens (RWD). Collaboration is a Key Component in Tomorrow’s Enterprise - By analyzing individual, team, and organizational engagement and collaboration, companies can make data-driven decisions on promotions, intervene before churn occurs, and understand how teams are collaborating. Collaboration and Engagement are Critical Valuation Metrics - Having a clear picture of how teams and individuals are rewarded by their peers is a built-in valuation system for the intangible asset of measuring employee skills and engagement. By giving peers the ability to recognize specific teams and team members, company-values and goodwill are exchanged while the employer can measure the interactions between teams and individual peers, monitor potential employee churn, and see how increased teamwork impacts the bottom line.

The idea and the objective behind this project are not very clear but it looks like a good idea. The concept is really effective but if much more improvement can be done in this idea and if it can be made more clear and more focused. There is so much potential in this idea if the right markets are targeted. The structure for the tokens are well designed and it easy and simple for the user to understand, but a thing or two can be added into it as the features. The rest of the features of this platform look good and innovative but still, the component of clarity in it lacks. The team is a very balanced one, almost every member of it has somewhat relevant and enough experience for working at a blockchain company and also they look competent enough.
